One of the more efficient use of QFF points when using them for award flights is the
oneWORLD award. With this award
Surface Segments" [AKA "Open Jaw"] are permitted as part of oneworld Award Itineraries, but the distance between the disembarkation point and the next embarkation point will be included in the Award Point zone calculation for that Itinerary.
However, to book oneWORLD itineraties containing Surface "Open Jaws" you currently need to telephone QFF thus incurring the 2500k point "Assisted award Booking Fee" per PAX.
