Vietnamese cuisine has dozens of exotic drink choices, some quite good. Starting with "avocado milkshake". Even their coffee is a bit exotic (made with condensed milk and tapioca). Everything I've tried has been good.
In case you haven't figured out the difference between Vietnamese and Chinese cuisine, one difference is in the vegetables. Vegetables are always raw in Vietnamese, and always cooked in Chinese. Fascinating.
