This thread's a little dated, but when I lived in Boston, Pho Pasteur was my favorite...the extra large chicken-noodle pho always hit the spot. The one on Newbury was great for people-watching.

I also like What the Pho? in Bellevue, WA--good pho, clean place, and of course, the cheeky name.
