I have to say that I used to collect a LOT of Hilton HHonors points staying at the Waldorf. Nice program and that hotel is great about upgrades and service. Problem is that the customer service for HHonors is pretty lousy so I have moved over to Starwood and have grown to love the W and the St Regis. Still wish I could use the Starwood program and stay at the Waldorf.
