Oh tom ! maybe not.....maybe yes !

The pilots denied, right ? Well, they will have to do more than just denying it.

Did they explain why they were flying 37 thousand feet instead 36000 assigned to them ? No.....

For the next link, try a Brazilian newspaper.....there are many more details available.

A brand new plane with a transponder which was not working properly ? mmmmm, possible, not likely though. Pilots experiencing with their new toy, or trying to fly undetectable and turning it off ? possible, more likely.

Anyway, let´s see the result of the investigation. Anyhow, it´s hard to hear people worrying about pilots (who could have commited a crime), who by the way, are not in prison and have been treated very well since the accident, and not mentioning the people who died in this tragedy.

I wonder ..... what would happen if it was in your country.....and the pilots involved were non-americans ?? Would they be questioned ? Would they have to stay in the country to help in the investigation ? Would they be freed ASAP ?

LOL, I have to laugh at such a unilateral vision of some people.

I wont give you a link, google ´folha de sao paulo´and follow the articles. I fyou find something interesting you can post it here for other people to read. But dont choose (again) the ones that suits you.
