I'm not at all familiar with the LA area, but may be in town on Sunday (I am flying the red-eye out of LAX at 11:10PM) and would love to catch the Mets-Dodgers game at Dodger Stadium (assuming one team doesn't sweep). The Dodgers website showed no real public transportation, so I assume I'd have to rent a car. Mapquest says its about a 25 minute drive from the airport to the Park. Is this accurate? I know LA traffic is notorious for being awful - is it feasible to rent a car and drive to the stadium (and back?) Where are the best places to park near the stadium where I won't get stuck in killer traffic going back to the airport (will I have to leave in the 8th inning like LA sports fans are famous for doing?)

Also, there are some reasonably priced tix available on TicketsNow and Stub Hub - any tips on great seat locations? Am I better off trying to scalp them day of game? Any advice would be appreciated!
