I finally bought it Got a good deal - just under 220USD.

Initial Impressions:

^ Quick, easy transfer of music / videos.
^ Hassle free video transfer for the most part
^ Outstanding high-quality screen
^ Touch pad is better than I had expected

User manual is awful, I couldn't figure out how to do some basic things without asking people in online forums
No wall charger
You can't use the Creative Vision M software (import songs, play songs that you have added onto the player etc) unless the Vision M is plugged in. I really appreicated this on itunes.

Overall, I would have to say 9/10. It is a great player, with only a few, minor drawbacks. Plus it's not an Apple machine
