Good Pho place in San Diego is on Claremont Mesa blvd near the Tommy's burger joint. I think the name is Ho Cali... it's a very large joint and also very local.

Another good place in Mira Mesa is Pho Ca Dao. It's on Mira Mesa blvd near MM HS just beyond Camino Ruiz if going east bound.

I want to find some good Pho in Delaware/Philly.
