richard?? what was the name of the place we went to in Falls Church? It was excellent pho. I think it was in the Eden Center which has several very good Vietnamese places. Pho 75 (at least that was the name) had several locations around DC that were great.

In NY try Cong Ly on Hester Street in Manhattan. I had the pho there once, this past spring, and it was very, very good.

My wife and I were in Hanoi last December and told our guide how much we liked pho. So he picked us up early on several of the days we were there so that we could join him for breakfast at his favorite pho place. It was a wonderful experience to smell the broth and get served a hot bowl of pho at 5:30 in the morning.
