Vancouver, BC has many pho resturants. The resturant chain Pho Hoa has many outlets. My fav is Pho Hoa in East Vancouver, because it is open 24 hours, the beef broth is tastier than those that close for the night IMHO.

Living in South Taiwan now, I was expecting to find good pho. Haven't yet but the search is still on going.
