You can't go wrong with the ElDo or the SL.

As a previous Reno resident I just go back to ski and want cheap, but reasonable accomodation. Thus, I ofter stay at the Sands Regency.

In your case I'd stay at the ElDo first and SL second. Even I won't stay at CircusCircus!
