Yes , you can take bus 66 to the Opera from the street between Hovedbanegården and Tivoli. If you exit Hovedbanegården towards Tivoli you´ll notice a "bus island" at your right hand side. You can´t miss it. Just make sure you take the 66 in the right direction "Holmen / Opera". Frequent on weekdays, one at about every 10 minutes.
