The Copenhagen Card is valid only on the Danish side, including the trains to and from the airport -but not on the Malmö trains.

I don´t know if you have got some names mixed up. The "Hovedbanegården" means "Main Station" in Danish, and its right next to the Tivoli gardens. Or did I misunderstand you ?
