NZ, for sure only lets *S and above reserve Exit Rows, BulkHeads and front of cabin seatings etc with seat blocking.. SQ doesnt allow you to reserve specific seats in advance but they will put *G members in desirable seats when the flight goes to airport control etc..

None of these of course compare to E+ seatings but UA service doesnt compare to SQ and NZ either!
