Toothpaste: baking soda and a fluoride mouthwash
Hair gel: I use the lotion in the room; it works fine
Shaving cream: it took a while, but I now have a concoction that works better than regular shaving cream. (i) You will need a bar of soap, hair conditioner or bath gel and lotion; (ii) apply hot water to the face; (iii) soap the face and let it set for under a minute; (iv) put hot water on your hands, followed by conditioner/bath gel and rub into the face/bristle; (v) apply the lotion to your face (don't let this concoction get in your eyes or mouth ; (vi) with hot water running, shave as usual. I have found it works better and gives a superior shave to commercial products.
