We are looking to go to the Middle East for a few days in November. It was a possibility to go with Qatar Airways to benefit from the points. However i have just been on the bMI site and looked at the flights to Abu Dhabi. There is a 2 per day codeshare using Etihad equipment. It is quoting a fare of £396 approx in H class. Would we earn miles on this fare basis and are Etihad close to becoming a *A member? Would we get miles on a Etihad non-code share flight?
