I'm doing (CPH)-AMS-XXX-MCO, where 'XXX' will be either DTW, MEM or MSP (or perhaps MIA if I can find a seat on the tiny MIA-MCO flight). EWR would be another option, but that would involve trying to get a seat on CO flights.
