It can vary wildly. The service is contracted out in SYD and AKL. On one trip ex-SYD we told them we had golf clubs and they picked us up in a minivan towing a luggage trailer (albeit the minivan had leather seats). On our return, however, a sleek black BMW coupe awaited us and the clubs fitted in the boot no problem. Similarly, in AKL we had a tired old Ford Fairlane once when the inbound limo was sub-contracted out by the main contractor, but they took us back to the airport in a very pleasant Mercedes. Our last driver in SYD gave us a direct contact business card for the operating company, so next time we're going to call them and specifically request that we don't be picked up by one particularly aggressive driver we've had in the past
