I am trying to book 2 flights from uk to us.

I easily booked one flight with Continental airlines they were quick, pretty efficent and only left me on hold for 2min.

Called flying blue what a different story was on hold for 12 min and the operators were slow. Less accomadating.

I found continental much easier to work not to mention the lower fees for travel.

Now I am thinking I will always give my continental card to get rewards..

Anyone else have similar experiences?
