However, I can't imagine that a 744 or 777 or even 757 pilot at SFO or ORD would only have few hours rest before another assignment.

In addition, larger planes tend not to fly small airports. Therefore, even at mid-sized airport like BOS, almost all planes must line up for take-off. It would be really, really hard to go to the wrong runway.

Also, larger planes tend to have more experienced pilots/first officers and are likely more familiar with runways of major airports.

For these reasons, I have made a rule for myself and family members that we shall not fly any plane smaller than 319/320/737
