In addition, larger planes tend not to fly small airports. Therefore, even at mid-sized airport like BOS, almost all planes must line up for take-off. It would be really, really hard to go to the wrong runway.

Also, larger planes tend to have more experienced pilots/first officers and are likely more familiar with runways of major airports.

For these reasons, I have made a rule for myself and family members that we shall not fly any plane smaller than 319/320/737

No disrespect, but your rule is irrational on a safety basis (a Singapore Airlines 747 crew committed the same mistake with also-fatal results), and largely impractical for a large amount of flying.
