Hi guys, me again

I'm trying to finish off my australia trip schedule and I logged in and viewed my international booking and it said that my flight details had changed and that I needed to phone them or click the confirm button.

This got me thinking on two counts, firstly I didn't receive any email or other contact from qantas about this, what would have happened if I'd turned up at the airport expecting to board the flight? I was previously confirmed and sitting in 13A.

Secondly, my ticket is non-refundable/changable, would qantas doing this cancel the ticket without penalty? i.e losing the flight & my money! (this is just purely a question out of interest, I've already re-confirmed)

My flight "change" was it taking off 5 minutes later!

I'm also not sure what to do for the rest of my trip, it currently looks like this:

LHR-SYD
SYD-BNE
BNE-MEL
MEL-AYC

............

SYD-LHR

I'm only spending a day in ayers resort because firstly it's a rip and secondly the flies do my head in!

I've basically got 4 nights after I fly out of AYC (my last night will be spent back in sydney to ensure I make it to the plane without drama!), I'm not really sure what to do.

I'm considering spending the time in perth, but am open to suggestions. Having a bit of trouble locating a nice hotel.
