There is no fighting of the kind we saw for the past month going on here.

There was a commando raid by Israel to stop Hizbollah from getting fresh supplies of missiles. To those who see the first shots fired as being the break in the truce, Israel is the guilty party.

On the other hand, the truce specifically called for Hizbollah to be disarmed and moved north of the Litani River. Lebanon has said it will do neither, so to those who see this as the first break in the truce, Lebanon is the guilty party.

I really would prefer not getting into a political debate about this on this thread.
