For the record, I didn't flee.. I was away from home on a trip when the bombing started.

I don't think anyone returning will be considered badly at all.. the fact they are returning shows their confidence in the future of Lebanon. Also remember, not everyone had the capability or opportunity to leave, and plenty died or were wounded trying to do so..
