BEY in Israel during the Gulf War I there was a bit of an issue in Israel with whether it was or was not ok to leave Tel Aviv to escape the scuds. Leaving was considered unpatriotic. I'm curious as to if there are any similar feelings in Lebanon towards those that fled Beirut or the country in general.
