I'm having a similar issue. Flew BKK-SIN three weeks ago in C, and have yet to see my PPS sectors or UA MP miles show up. Repeated calls to KF in Singapore have not solved the problem -- they keep telling me to "wait a few weeks for us to investigate."

I also filled in the online form and received an e-mail back that they are unable to credit the miles due to "Flt Rec and Info mismatch."

I've never had an issue before, so this is an anomaly. I've held on to the BP just in case they ask for it.
