Dov - Friends from our synagogue who just returned from Israel are collecting toys and such to mail to kids in Israel (not sure which kids, but nonetheless...).


Bey - I am sure there are groups equally wanting to send things to kids in Lebanon.

What, in your respective opinions, are some of the more popular things to contribute to these mailings?

(1) School like supplies, such as crayons, colored pencils, etc.

(2) Puzzles

(3) Education games (except if the math ones are based on US currency and the spelling are English words, I am not sure how well that would go over)

(4) various sized stuffed animals (New ones - tags still on - that were never played with.)

(5) VHS or DVDs kids movies (again, these would be English, but I have quite a few used collection)

(6) Edibles

(7) something else?

Please share your ideas.
