Being on the already over crowded DTW-DFW flight this morning, it would have been nice if the GA's would have told the people how to read their boarding pass. It became apparent that more than a few couldn't read that their seats were not in FC, nor were they close. (Although as luck would have it, their bags got to ride in FC)

What does one have to do in order to have NW or the GA's start enforcing who can board when?
