Not sure what you consider "experience".... the current flavor of choice is USDA Prime with a wasabi ginger demi-glace (and perhaps some Kobe influence) complemented by a properly chilled Hokusetsu Junmai Daiginjo YK35. If you don't know what that is, you assuredly do NOT know the lady's preferences.
