Well I just tried preforming a check-in with the new website
First I was told I had
NO reservations.
Then I went in thru "My Acct" page
this time it pulled the reservation up and the page said
"Cannot display because the reservation was not paid /ticketed"
I finally got to check in using my OnePass # from the home page
In all it took over 10 min to do a simple check-in.
In addition I recieved 87 miles for a roundtrip that I took 7/13 - 7/17 so my mileage is also not correct.
I know its "new" site but it has a lot of bugs.
Anyone else have any "fun" using the new website today?
