I was just on NWA.com trying to assess a NW travel package I bought from a Travel Agent. I had the booking # & confirmation #. I called the 1800# for help. "Oh NO, we cannot assist you. You must get all your info from the TA." I just wanted to confirm that a NW flight was switched to a Delta flight. "I cannot help you Call your TA!"
Only stuff bought through NWA direct is on the NWA.com site. I don't even know if I can get my bording pass on-line.
