I called customer service, and they indicated I would have to book separate OW flights beacuse the connection was more than four hours. I pointed out the fact that CLT-SMF was listed in the timetable, so it should be available, but it made no difference. If the flight can't be booked, it shouldn't be in the timetable...
Anyone else notice this discrepancy?
Yes, only when I try to book certain flights out of SMF... more commonly to Nassau where sometime it'll work and other time it wont. Its more to do with connection times than anything.... What I do is I either book it seperate and take the risk of missing the connection on very tight schedules or fly out of OAK, now even look at going from SMF to LGB than to JFK than on to where ever else I need to go. Have fun!
