HWV Questions

Before any asks, yes I did a search but can't seem to find any current answers to my questions.

I'm curious when the construction will be completed at HWV? We will be there 10/22-10/28.

I'm a gold member and have stayed in the Lagoon & Ocean Towers. Loved the Ocean Tower. What is the Palace Tower like, is it as nice or should I request the Ocean Tower?

Heard that Gold's only get breakfast now and not afternoon snakcs, is that true? Also, that Gold's breakfast is in Palace Tower and Diamond's in Ocean Tower?

Anyone have any suggestions on what room numbers to request in Ocean or Palace Tower?

Anyone know the email for the manager at the HWV or just use the generic email when asking for specifics and upgrades?
