I am not aware of any special arrangements being made for four-legged family members. Needless to say, when that problem comes up, I know people as simply leaving their pets with other family members or friends. Both of my brothers' families own cats, so they left with me. Now I have 4 cats running all over the house in the mountains, and boy are they having fun together .
