Rewards redemption as an "additional cardholder" question
I am an additional cardholder on an Open Gold Business card and attempted last week to redeem some miles that I was told by the "primary" that I should because ours are expiring faster than we can use them. AMEX kept telling me the "system was down," but not that I could not redeem them.
Can I as an "additional cardholder" redeem miles? I looked over their site, but could not find this in any of the small print on there. Did I maybe miss it?
