More paranoia here.
Trip coming up within a week, and I was going to take my garment bag carry-on (folds over nicely, not a lot of room). However, it has the clothes hanger hooks coming out the top! Obviously these metal hooks are more dangerous than even fingernail clippers!
What is your experience with taking garment bags through security? Are metal hanger hooks a problem??
