Adding Gold Passport number to existing reservation
My company made a reservation for me at a Hyatt, and I'm trying to add my Gold Passport number to it. When I try to do so on the web site, I keep getting this error:
HOTEL AVAILABILITY

# XML00 - Phone Number required
# XML00 - Phone Number required
Does this look familiar to anyone?
