Adding Gold Passport number to existing reservation
My company made a reservation for me at a Hyatt, and I'm trying to add my Gold Passport number to it. When I try to do so on the web site, I keep getting this error:
Does this look familiar to anyone?

Nope. I added my GP number to a reservation just yesterday and it was a smooth and easy process. Logged in, brought up the request field, added the conf # and voila! ^

I had them add it, but the web site still cannot handle it. The CSR said it's probably due to being a convention rate, but that seems like a pretty common thing that they should handle correcetly.
