Earlier this afternoon I sat on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. It took 22 minutes after convincing the rep that 24 hour hold means 12am the next night, not tonight.

Ticketed as priced/held, $150.21. Not the $451 they tried to charge.

If they gave me any more guff, I was going to bag it. I almost feel dirty about this as it is, if it really was a fare mistake.
