Make that 3 Indian CSRs once I'm done with this phone call. I booked a ticket that I held earlier today and got the same message. So far the CSR has been pretty courteous and patient. Man just hearing Rhapsody In Blue over and over again while waiting really does get me excited as this will be my first UA flight in 11 years. I don't expect it to be what it was like back then but this was the airline that jump started my love for aviation and I'm just excited I got at least one sector in a widebody.
