Earlier today I downloaded the program and then attempted to register. Doesn't matter which computer or which credit card...each attempt yields:
An unexpected error occurred during registration. Please try again or contact customer service.
What "Customer Service?" Ha. A search on the internet reveals many folks getting the same error message.
Just now tried again. Same failure. Why are they advertising on TV so much if they can't get their registration or system up and running?
A quick uninstall and then back to good old
www.movielink.com I guess. It might be pay-per-view but I've never had a problem with them.
