Hmmmm...coming from a Delta employee I can see your point. After all, this is a customer forum.

I will point out that my new airline embraces FT...several AAdmirals Club hosts and FAs know of the value of FT and, as one AC host stated, 'we use it for quick and dirty market research on proposed improvements'. She referenced a thread recently about feedback on how to improve the Admirals Club(which I participated) and FT posters verified current AA thinking and added three or four additional ideas. Note the word 'improvements' here.

FT influences those that are willing to ask and listen...but can't help those DL executives that are surrounded by 'bozone'.
