Incredibly shortsighted comment from your employee friend. I suppose a quick look at this board could result in that conclusion. However, the issues DL, it's management, employees and passengers are facing is debated in great detail...and by some of it's most loyal customers.
Sure, we may not be large in numbers but I have always contended that the DL FT forum is representative of DL's
enlightened customer base. Since we know that many of DL's elites are ignorant of the upcoming changes, I wouldn't say we are representative of DL Medallions as a whole....at this time. But we are a heads up to any DL employee who is interested in what the future holds for their company. If some want to write us off as a bunch of whiners, that's their choice.
