My wife and I decided to take advantage of a great LH offer to Toulouse, leaving this coming Wednesday, July 5th. We looked at the map and thought that since it's reasonably close to both the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, we should be able to get to 'the beach' without too much hassle.

Does anyone have suggestions for what to do and where to go in this area on a week-long holiday? We want to relax and not travel around too much. Are there any nice small or large towns/cities with decent/good beaches no the Mediterranean near Toulouse? Hotel recommendations?
