This is a little off topic, but...

I haven't had any problems with tips in the past, but I did have a watch disappear on me a week and a half ago at a Courtyard. I reported the missing watch to loss prevention (which never followed up with me), and I am 99 percent positive I never moved it, but I of course can't prove it. I remember leaving it in my open toiletries bag on top of the sink.

The problem is, it's been over a week since this happened and I got busy and forgot to pursue it. The watch is about a $100 brand new, but that's not really relevant I guess. What what you guys do? Call and make a fuss at this point, or write it off as a lost cause? I do have the name of the security person I spoke with, FWIW.
