Their argument was that it takes airlines more time to fix these problems so they'd prefer to get it right the first time. Still, it seems that it wouldn't take that much effort to put in place better systems that could prevent many of these errors, don't you think?
When the alliances have been in place for 6 to 10 years I believe that the airlines have had enough time to get it right.
