I've been having lots of trouble getting miles from a Jan (!) Biz cls trip on SQ to post to my DL account. I've sent in the boarding passes, which DL acknowledges receiving. They say they have sent the paperwork to SQ. I've called every month and they keep telling me to allow another 30 days. I'm getting fed up and wonder if anyone has any advice on how to escalate?
