Recently, I purchased on a oneway ticket on NWA.com from FLL - SFO with a fare code of B2PBF. Before buying any ticket I always check the fare rules and this ticket said refundable in the rules/penatly area in the bottom of the screen.

After purchase I went to check the my nwa.com itineraries section of nwa.com and lo and behold at the bottom of the screen it says that the ticket is Non-refundable.

I called NWA.com support and the very nice lady who anwsered checked and said that on her side the fare showed fully refundable and was curious as to why it said non-refundable on my side.

Do I have to worry about the refundability of this ticket or is it a glitch on the nwa.com my itineraries and nothing more?
