Parents are heading to Japan this weekend. They are in Tokyo 4 days then head to Hakone for the Round Trip then from there they head to Kyoto. They will spend one night on the Hakone Round Trip, preferabally at a nice Ryokan with hot baths. However, they dont want to spend some outrageous amount.

I promised I would find them a placed but kept putting it off. I would like a place somewhere in the middle of the round trip, not right at the beginning, maybe something on Lake Ashi...

this is for a saturday night, july 1, anyone have any ideas on how i can book them something quickly?

It doesnt have to be a Ryokan, they would stay in a regular hotel too, but since they r staying in western hotels in tokyo and kyoto, i thought it would be nice to do one night at a comforatable Ryokan.

The other issue is that they are mostly vegetarian but do eat kosher fish, so i need to find a place that can cater to their diet...any ideas?
