Yikes! That's
not a good thing to hear! From the items stolen, I'd guess some kind of strange fetish with women's underthings and the like. The idea that this person has some kind of authority over others... not reassuring!
I use packing cubes and Zip-Loc bags myself - the cubes are easy to put into drawers and easier to drop into a carryon. Everything in its place.
