What's horrible to you may not be so horrible to me. I liked my job, I enjoyed going in every day, something I guess some people will never understand. But then again, I can't understand how people can sit behind a desk in a cubicle somewhere staring at a computer screen for hours a day. I would have to blow my brains out if that was what I had to look forward to. And believe it or not, I was good at it. I think I was one of those screeners that really tried my best to make your time with me a little bit nicer. I laughed alot with passengers everyday. And I truly believe the reason given to me for my termination was a bunch of bull. I did something that ticked off the upper management at my airport and they found a way to get rid of me. And that is wrong. I did my very best each and every day when I went to work, and took pride in what I was doing. I guess I reapplied to see if they got rid of me because I was not qualified or some other reason and I got my answer.
